Rob spent twenty-five years running service operations for Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, and Rivian, across autonomous vehicles, manufacturing, and solar. He started as a master technician and worked up through service director, regional operations, and program leadership on some of the most complex machines on the road. Along the way he spent years as a fractional COO and fractional CAIO for growing companies.

The pattern he saw everywhere, from the dealership floor to the autonomous vehicle lab, was the same one you live every day: good people buried in repetitive computer work, and an owner who cannot step away because everything waits on him.

Why the name.

Inside every electric motor there is an armature. It is the core, the part where raw power becomes motion. Everything else in the machine exists to support it. Take it out and the motor is just a shell that hums and goes nowhere.

That is the whole idea in a single word. We build the working core your business runs on. The part your customers never see, quietly turning effort into motion. And we build it to last.

The founder runs every install personally, backed by a dedicated team built on the same systems we install for clients. We run our own business on them every day. Before you decide anything, we will show you, live.

We onboard two to three new companies per month, on purpose. Small client list, personal access, support that answers by the next business day.
