We are a specialty firm, and we intend to stay one.

We onboard two to three new companies per month and carry about six clients at launch quality, because the founder runs every install personally. The client list stays small and curated, every client has personal access, and support answers by the next business day. We are selective on purpose. When the month is full, you pick your start date for the next one.
