Privacy Notice
The Armature Group treats business information as entrusted property. This notice explains what the public website and lead journey collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you complete a form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, company, question or operating context, scheduling selection, and AI Readiness Check answers. Separately, our analytics may collect ordinary information such as the page visited, broad referral source, device and browser data, and website interaction events. We do not send your form answers or contact details to analytics providers.
If you schedule a founder conversation or request an AI Readiness Map, we may process the information you submit, scheduling details, conversation notes, structured readiness data, and the personalized resource link created from your answers.
How we use information
- Deliver the information or resource you requested
- Create and maintain your contact or client record
- Schedule the founder conversation and send transactional updates
- Prepare, deliver, and improve the AI Readiness Map and Field Guide
- Prepare for and follow up on a conversation you requested
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the website and its forms
- Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and contractual obligations
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate website measurement. If you select “Allow analytics,” we also load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel. Google Analytics helps us understand traffic and useful actions. Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings so we can understand where the site is confusing or difficult to use. Meta Pixel helps us measure whether marketing led to a site visit, resource request, or booked conversation. Form inputs remain masked in Clarity recordings.
Optional Google, Clarity, and Meta scripts do not load before you allow analytics. That choice enables the analytics and advertising-measurement storage needed for those tools. Google ad personalization and Google ads user-data use remain disabled. Browser events sent to Meta are limited to page views and named funnel actions. If you book a conversation after allowing analytics, Armature may also normalize and securely hash your email address and optional phone number on the server, then send those hashes and limited device identifiers to Meta to measure and deduplicate that conversion. We do not send form answers, readiness scores, free text, exact appointment times, or personalized AI Readiness Map query strings to analytics providers.
Service providers
Armature uses service providers for hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, communications, scheduling, AI processing, agreements, payments, reporting, and security. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and are governed by their own terms and our agreements with them. You may contact us for more information about the providers involved in a service you use.
AI and automated processing
Armature may use AI systems to organize evidence, draft internal working notes, and assist in preparing educational resources. Automated output is not a guarantee of feasibility, business results, or fit. Material recommendations and implementation decisions receive appropriate human review.
Text messages
Providing a phone number is optional. We may use it to follow up about the specific conversation or resource you requested. We do not treat an optional phone number as permission for unrelated promotional text campaigns.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, maintain business records, improve reliability, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Armature uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet system can promise absolute security.
Sharing and sale
Armature does not sell your personal information or place your contact information on shared lead lists. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a legitimate business transaction.
Your choices
You can change optional analytics at any time using “Privacy choices” in the website footer. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal and operational exceptions, or withdraw marketing or text consent. Send requests to privacy@armature.group. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
