Privacy Notice
The Armature Group treats business information as entrusted property. This notice explains what the public website and lead journey collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you complete a form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, work email, company, company website, role, selected offer, message, consent choice, and link-delivery preference. We may also collect ordinary attribution information such as landing page, referral source, campaign parameters, device and browser data, and website interaction events.
If you complete the Diagnostic, the service may process your voice, transcript, answers, structured assessment data, call state, and generated report. The ready page requests microphone permission only when you choose to begin a voice call. The Armature website does not intentionally store raw microphone audio in your browser.

- Generate, deliver, and improve the Diagnostic report

Service providers
Armature uses service providers for hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, communications, voice AI, scheduling, agreements, payments, reporting, and security. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their function and are governed by their own terms and our agreements with them. You may contact us for more information about the providers involved in a service you use.
AI and automated processing
The Diagnostic uses an AI voice system to conduct a structured interview and may use AI systems to organize evidence and draft a report. Automated output is not a guarantee of feasibility, business results, or fit. Material recommendations and paid implementation decisions receive the human review appropriate to the offer.
Text messages
Text delivery is optional. When you select it and consent, Armature may send transactional messages about the request you initiated. We do not treat that consent as permission for unrelated promotional text campaigns. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to revoke text consent.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested service, maintain business records, improve reliability, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Armature uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet system can promise absolute security.
Sharing and sale
Armature does not sell your personal information or place your contact information on shared lead lists. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in a legitimate business transaction.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You may also withdraw marketing or text consent. Send requests to privacy@armature.group. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
