Website Terms

Informational purpose

Website content describes Armature, its methods, examples, and educational resources for general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, or investment advice. A conversation, AI Readiness Map, or website example does not establish technical feasibility or promise a business result.

No engagement from website use

Visiting the website, submitting a form, receiving an AI Readiness Map, or scheduling a conversation does not create a client relationship. A paid engagement begins only under a signed agreement.

Services and availability

Any future services remain subject to mutual fit, availability, and a separate written agreement. The public website does not publish or promise a service package, implementation scope, delivery date, or price.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, copy, design, diagrams, methods, templates, reports, software, and other materials are owned by Armature or used with permission. You may use a report delivered to you for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or represent Armature materials as your own except with written permission.

Third-party services

The website may connect to third-party providers for communications, scheduling, customer records, analytics, hosting, or other supporting services. Their services may have separate terms and availability. Armature is not responsible for third-party sites outside its control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, probe or disrupt its systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit false identities, infringe rights, upload malicious content, or use automated means to abuse free services. Armature may limit or refuse access when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, capacity, or legal obligations.

No website warranty

The public website is provided as available. Armature does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that examples will apply to every business. Specific paid-service protections exist only where stated in the governing agreement.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Armature is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of the public website. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so the applicable law controls.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated by posting a revised date. Texas law governs these website terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
