Website Terms
These terms govern use of the public Armature website. Paid services, deliverables, fees, guarantees, ownership, confidentiality, and termination are governed by the agreement signed for that engagement.
Informational purpose
Website content describes Armature, its methods, examples, and current offer structure for general business information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, or investment advice. A Diagnostic or website example does not establish technical feasibility or promise a business result.
No engagement from website use
Visiting the website, submitting a form, receiving a Diagnostic report, or scheduling a conversation does not create a client relationship. A paid engagement begins only under the applicable accepted checkout terms or signed agreement.
Pricing and availability
Published prices describe the current standard offer and may change for future buyers. Taxes, third-party subscriptions, separately purchased software, travel, and out-of-scope work may be additional when an agreement says so. Powertrain and other capacity-constrained services remain subject to mutual fit and availability.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy, design, diagrams, methods, templates, reports, software, and other materials are owned by Armature or used with permission. You may use a report delivered to you for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or represent Armature materials as your own except with written permission.
Third-party services
The website may connect to third-party providers for communications, voice, scheduling, payment, agreement, or other services. Their services may have separate terms and availability. Armature is not responsible for third-party sites outside its control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, probe or disrupt its systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit false identities, infringe rights, upload malicious content, or use automated means to abuse free services. Armature may limit or refuse access when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, capacity, or legal obligations.
No website warranty
The public website is provided as available. Armature does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that examples will apply to every business. Specific paid-service protections exist only where stated in the governing agreement.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Armature is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of the public website. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so the applicable law controls.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated by posting a revised date. Texas law governs these website terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
